Best price guarantee

The low price guarantee applies exclusively to commercial customers.

If you find a comparable flat rate offer in Germany within 30 days of delivery that is cheaper than the price you paid, we will subsequently refund the additional price.

The lowest price guarantee only applies to the basic price of the product without surcharges for a shortened delivery time or the additional delivery of a CAD file.

A product is comparable in particular if the attributes, such as expert confirmation (stamp), scale (in particular with representation of the scale) and the basis (from existing floor plan, from 3D scan or from on-site measurement) as well as delivery on plan head are comparable.

Pricing

Unless otherwise agreed, our prices are package deals that are valid as long as the information used to determine the price corresponds to the facts.

The flat rate for determining the price for the creation of residential, commercial and utility space calculations and floor plans is determined by first determining whether the total number of commercial units (200 m² each) and residential units is greater than the number of floors to be taken into account. The larger number is the basis for determining the price. This number must be specified in the quantity in the order. Partial floors do not count as additional floors.

Examples:

 

A condominium (ETW) has one residential unit (WE) and usually extends over one or two levels. In the case of one level, the quantity to be specified is 1; in the case of two or more levels, the quantity must be increased accordingly. The calculation of a basement or storage room is included free of charge.

A single-family home (EFH) also has a residential unit (WE) and usually has more than one floor, unless it is a bungalow without a basement and flat roof. Here, the number of floors to be taken into account also determines the quantity to be specified in the product. If a basement or attic is not to be calculated or drawn, it does not need to be taken into account as a quantity counter. The calculation of a garage or double garage is included free of charge.

A two-family house (ZFH) or a single-family house (EFH) with a granny flat has two residential units. Only if the number of floors to be taken into account is greater than 2 does the quantity need to be increased accordingly, otherwise the quantity is 2. The calculation of a garage per residential unit is included free of charge.

A building with three or more residential units is referred to as a multi-family house (MFH). Here too, the following applies: if the number of residential units is greater than the number of floors to be taken into account, the number of residential units is used as the quantity, otherwise the number of floors. If there are always at least two residential units on one floor, in most cases the number of residential units is greater and must therefore be given as the quantity.

Mixed use: Residential building with a bank or commercial component or a bank or commercial building with residential units, whichever is larger: The number of commercial units, or if a commercial unit is larger than 200 m², the number of commercial unit parts of 200 m² each together with the number of residential units results in the amount to be stated, unless the number of floors taken into account is larger.

Commercial properties, hotels, retirement homes, etc.: Everything that is not residential or usable space is considered commercial space by us. The following also applies here: The number of commercial units, or if a commercial unit is larger than 200 m², the number of commercial unit parts of 200 m² each, makes up the amount to be stated, unless the number of floors taken into account is greater.
